Test Technician/Troubleshooter - Erie, PA
Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Test Technician, internally we call this position Troubleshooter, to join our production team. The Test Technician analyzes and interprets test data to troubleshoot PCB’s, cables, etc. by adjusting, calibrating, and aligning circuitry and components.

What you will do:
- Function as technical subject matter expert and partner with area support Engineer
- Setup, program, operate, and monitor electrical/electronic test equipment for various product applications
- Support manufacturing floor daily operations of key production cells including optimization and balancing of handheld test, functional test, flying-probe test, and in-circuit test equipment and personnel cycle times
- Document, evaluate, and support existing and new electrical/electronic test processes to facilitate efficient production throughput and quality
- Establish effective and efficient manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Optimize production efficiency, safety, quality, costs, and remove waste throughout all processes
- Support existing production test programs to minimize equipment down-time, maximize resource productivity, and improve quality
- Prepare drawings and develop tools for electrical/electronic test processes to generate or improve efficient production throughput
- Actively support production personnel in the set-up and debugging through effective use of electrical/electronic test equipment for new applications
- Establish self as electrical/electronic test technical subject matter expert in production cell or line
