Rick Ward, President

Rick joined 4FRONT in July of 2015. Rick has been a business leader for over 25 years in diverse markets and industrial/manufacturing settings. He has achieved Six Sigma Green and Black belts. Rick has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Michael Sementelli, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Michael leads 4FRONT's Sales and marketing team, and is responsible for all aspects of business development and customer care, with over 25 years of direct industry experience. His background includes over 25 years of successful business development in both printed circuit board and contract electronics manufacturing.

Joseph Heid, Chief Financial Officer

Joseph is responsible for oversight over accounting and finance operations at 4FRONT Solutions. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides management with timely and accurate financial statements. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing environments for domestic and international companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gannon University.

Eric Harper, Director of Operations

Eric Harper is the Director of Operations and brings with him 15+ years of electronics-manufacturing experience from both contract and original-equipment-manufacturing companies. His primary objective is to develop and oversee the long-term operational objectives for 4FRONT, ensuring operations are consistent, efficient and highly productive. Eric specializes in technologies that directly impact process improvement and regularly attends national training sessions to stay current with industry technology. He is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and fosters a team atmosphere in the workplace.

Rachel Tserkovniak, Human Resources Manager

Rachel has extensive experience in employee and cultural management, technical recruitment and compliance operations from years in the Engineering and IT staffing industry and international travel. She graduated from Penn State Behrend with a Bachelor's in Communications that focused on employee management and International studies.

James Zaczyk, Engineering Manager

Since 2014, James has brought continuous process improvement to our company, culled from years of experience in automation and engineering while working as a field engineer. During his career, James has installed and modified machines across the country and in Europe with focus on process and design improvements. He has a Bachelors from Penn State University.

Brandon Lewis, Quality Manager

Brandon's career has been one of 10 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including education, food service, and electronics. He has obtained extensive compliance-related training and excels in the management of quality systems pertaining to AS9100, ISO13485, NADCAP AC7120, EcoSure, FDA. Brandon holds a Bachelor's Degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is 4FRONT's Quality Manager and Management Representative.

Wayne Showers, NPI/Technical Manager

With over 25 years of manufacturing industry experience in Electronics, Plastics, Metals, and Assembly, Wayne directs 4FRONT's technical efforts to support our wide range of customers. He has spent the last 15 years in New Product Introduction through roles in Quality Engineering, Management, New Product Development and Launch as well as Test Development and Sourcing strategies in support of Prime, Medical, and Industrial Customers. He has also been heavily involved in NADCAP, Supplier Quality, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing. Wayne has a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, a field which incorporates mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, and computer science.

Mike Beerson, Director of Procurement and Quotations

Mike began his 4FRONT career in 2015 as a Business Analyst, later taking the role of Quote Manager to help the company streamline the quoting process and improving timeliness, accuracy and competitiveness. In his role, he will direct and oversee our organization's material management policies, objectives, and initiatives from beginning to end. Coming initially from the energy industry, he has 10+ years of multifunctional business experience. Mike is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
